THE EVENT
On Thursday, 18 June 2026, Jasper House by Thomas Archer Holmes opened its doors in
Bentley to an intimate gathering of over 100 guests. Partners, collaborators, and key
stakeholders in the design and build gathered to celebrate the vision behind this striking
residential project. Produced by The Project Agency, the evening demanded an experience
that matched the calibre of the space itself.
Mister Bartender was engaged to deliver a cocktail and hospitality service worthy of the
occasion, one that didn’t just serve drinks, but became part of the architecture of the night.
WHAT WE SERVED
Rather than a traditional bar setup, we transformed the kitchen bench into our service hub,
using the interior of Jasper House itself as the backdrop. The craft of the bar echoed the
craft of the home.
Our signature cocktails were the hero of the evening, served on arrival alongside
champagne:
The Elba, our signature cucumber gimlet
Jasper, a Negroni, custom-named for the client
The Loom Lady, a lighter, elevated serve
Mocktail versions of The Elba and The Loom Lady for non-drinkers
Every cocktail was built on crystal-clear ice, custom-stamped with the Thomas Archer
Holmes logo using a bespoke brass ice mould. This detail kept the drinks clean and
undiluted while ensuring the brand appeared in every glass.
THE MULTI-ZONE EXPERIENCE
Halfway through the evening, we activated a whiskey station upstairs on a vintage bar
trolley, a deliberate move to draw guests through the home and let them experience Jasper
House in full. Guests were offered Macallan Double Cask and Glenfiddich, served in crystal,
paired with caviar bumps and roaming service from an Oyster Butler.
It wasn’t just a drinks station. It was a reason to explore.
BRAND, DETAIL, AND THEATRE
Every touchpoint was considered. Our team of four, two behind the bar, one managing the
whiskey station, one roaming to top up guests, wore signature white suits with bow ties
finished with a Thomas Archer Holmes branded napkin across the arm. The brand was
present from the moment guests arrived.
To add theatre, we used liquid nitrogen to chill glassware with dramatic effect, paired with
scented smoke bubbles that drew guests in and kept them lingering at the bar. A live violinist
added atmosphere as guests arrived and were served their first drinks.
The result was a bar experience guests didn’t just visit. They stayed for it.
THE RESULT
The Project Agency praised the organisation, attention to detail, and the sense of theatre we
brought to the evening. They noted how seamlessly we elevated the experience through
hospitality-first service, how easy we were to work with, and how we helped amplify their
vision for the night.
For Mister Bartender, Jasper House is a showcase of what we do best: turning a residential
launch into a branded, memorable experience that reflects the quality of the project itself.
