A Decade of Style: Styled by Valentina’s 10-Year Anniversary with Mister Bartender

Ten years of Styled by Valentina deserved nothing less than a night of theatre, taste, and timeless glamour. Hosted in The Long Room at the Immigration Museum, the anniversary drew a guest list of industry leaders, past and future clients, and media — even landing coverage in the Herald Sun

The Arrival: A Statement in White

From the first step inside, the mood was set. Guests entered to the sight of Mister Bartender’s butlers, lined in a V-shape, dressed in our signature white suits. Each held champagne trays, caviar bumps, and oysters, creating a striking guard of honour. At the apex of the V, Luca stood with our RTG carbonated cocktail trolley, serving one of our most iconic creations from the Mixology menu — a carbonated cocktail crafted for elegance and energy.

The Cocktail as Theatre: Glass Orchard

Midway through the night, our founder Steven was introduced by MC Mike Snell to speak about Mister Bartender’s craft. Every guest was handed a Glass Orchard cocktail, a milk-washed clarified creation of spiced rum, mango-peach purée, orgeat, and lime — finished with two foams. On one side, a house kiwi foam gave a fresh, bright expression. On the other, a toasted coconut foam delivered richness. The dual garnish created two experiences in one glass, sparking curiosity and conversation at every table

The Triple Activation: Ice, Art & Flow

At 9pm, the energy shifted as Mister Bartender unveiled a three-part activation:

• A customised ice luge sculpture bearing Styled by Valentina’s logo.
• A Dirty Martini Tower, turning service into a shared moment of theatre.
• Our signature Bar Trolley reveal, wheeled in with precision.

This combination wasn’t just about drinks — it was spectacle, performance, and hospitality woven together

Entertainment & Flow

The run of the evening was seamless: SXNCELLO’s dramatic set, heartfelt speeches from collaborators and clients, and later, a powerhouse performance from Joanne – “Jack Jack Jackie.” With roving dessert trolleys (tiramisu by Panza Piena and Nikos cake), the celebration ended on a sweet, cinematic note
