Set within the historic interiors of Melbourne’s iconic George Ballroom, A Tini One On The Way was designed as an elevated and fashion-forward baby shower experience that blended luxury hospitality, immersive styling, and contemporary entertaining.
Creative Direction and Design Styling by Styled By Coco transformed the ballroom into a soft, editorial-inspired setting layered with draped textiles, tonal florals, sculptural catering moments, and refined cocktail experiences, creating an atmosphere that felt intimate, cinematic, and deeply curated.
With The George Ballroom being a heritage-listed venue, production and bump-in required careful coordination across all creative and hospitality partners. Every installation and service element was meticulously executed to preserve the integrity of the space while delivering a seamless luxury event experience.
Mister Bartender was engaged to deliver the full beverage experience for the celebration, including custom cocktail service, roaming martini trolley activations, bespoke mocktails, and large-scale sculptural ice installations designed exclusively for the event.
At the centre of the experience sat a series of custom ice displays that blurred the line between hospitality and installation art. Oversized hand-cut ice blocks were transformed into martini towers, oyster presentation trays, bottle displays, and floral vessels, creating a visually immersive cocktail activation throughout the ballroom.
Paired with drifting dry ice effects and tableside martini service, the installation became one of the defining visual moments of the event and a standout feature across guest photography and social media coverage.
The signature beverage experience centred around elevated martini service, designed to complement the monochromatic styling and luxurious atmosphere of the celebration. Guests were welcomed with refined cocktails alongside bespoke non-alcoholic offerings created to ensure every guest experienced the same level of considered hospitality.
One of the most memorable moments of the afternoon was the roaming martini trolley activation, where cocktails were prepared and served tableside throughout the venue, adding movement, theatre, and intimacy to the guest experience.
