THE EVENT
As the official beverage partner for the Australian Grand Prix weekend, Mister Bartender was engaged by F1 and Atlantic Group to deliver a high-octane cocktail program across premium lounges and corporate suites. With service spanning Mercedes Lounge, Paddock Club, Pit Exit, and Glamour on the Grid, the brief was clear: offer variety, maintain consistency and handle scale, all while reflecting the global prestige of the F1 brand.

WHAT WE SERVED
To meet the expectations of an international guest list while executing at speed, we developed a two-tier service model:

Premium Package – Designed for large-format service with fast-execution classics.

• Golden Exhaust – Sweet, fruity and universally loved.
  
• Spicy Margarita / Margarita – Bright, bold and endlessly drinkable.
  
• Espresso Martini – Energising, smooth and always in demand.
  

Mixology Package – A refined offering for lounges seeking elevated flavour and presentation.

• RTG (Rhubarb. Tangerine. Gin.) – A carbonated cocktail with Aperol, blood orange and gin; bright and nostalgic.
  
• PIT LANE PARADISE – Tropical with a luxe twist, finished with a tempered salted white chocolate garnish.
  
• REVVIN’ RHUBARB – Deep, fruit-forward and bitter-sweet, served carbonated for clean refreshment.
  

Each activation featured a curated menu tailored to the audience and brand. At Glamour on the Grid, we delivered high-theatre moments with liquid nitrogen effects, cocktail trolleys and custom garnishes that amplified guest interaction.

All drinks were crafted using our sponsored spirit partners: Belvedere Vodka, Patrón Tequila, and Four Pillars Gin. Working within these parameters, we built a program that was both creative and brand-aligned.

THE RESULT
The cocktail program became a standout of the F1 hospitality experience and reaffirmed Mister Bartender’s ability to execute on the world stage with speed, style and zero compromise. Our team executed flawlessly under pressure, serving 6,000+ drinks, including over 3,000 RTGs. Brand partners including Belvedere Vodka, Patrón and Four Pillars praised our delivery. Guests praised the variety, efficiency and presentation. And F1 rebooked us. Because when the pressure’s on, Mister Bartender knows how to get to the finish line.
